Hotel Terme Universal is a spa hotel situated in the centre of Abano Terme. Renowned for its hot springs, the town is located 12 kilometres from Padua in the volcanic thermal region of the Euganean Hills. The air conditioned guestrooms have a classic decor with neutral colours and antique style furniture. All are equipped with satellite television, minibars and direct dial phones and bathrooms offer bathrobes and complimentary toiletries.
Guests of the hotel can take time to focus on health and well being with volcanic thermal water and mature mud being used in a wide range of health and beauty procedures on offer. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding region and guests have access to the neighbouring tennis courts. There are also eight golf courses in the vicinity. Visitors to the area are 50 kilometres from Venice, and Verona is 80 kilometres distance. Venice Airport is 45 kilometres away and the approximate driving time is 45 minutes. There is a regular shuttle service from Venice Marco Polo Airport to the Hotel Terme Universal. Guests can also take the train to Padua then catch the bus to Abano Terme.

From Venice Marco Polo Airport, exit the airport Follow signs for Autostrada A4 Padova Milano. Exit the highway at "Padova Est", at the roundabout turn left and continue straight for 5 km. Follow signs for Vicenza, then Abano. Proceed until you enter Abano, and turn immediately right. Continue straight on Viale delle Terme. At the end of the Viale turn left at the fountain, 300 meters ahead you'll find on the left the Hotel Universal.
