Location. The oldest hotel in Genoa, Italy, is the Hotel Savoia Genova (Italy), built in 1897 and within 100 metres of the historic thoroughfare, Via Balbi. The Aquarium and City Hall are within one kilometer. The Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport is located seven kilometers from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Complimentary buffet style breakfasts are served each morning. Novecento Restaurant serves Ligurian fare, including pesto alla Genovese and stockfish alla Genovese, for all three meals. An Internet point is available in the hall. Newspapers and books are enjoyed in the hotel's reading room. Complimentary coffee, herbal teas, amari, fruit juices, cocktails are snacks are available at the refreshment corner.

Expert Tip. The Old Harbour is the home of the city's Aquarium, which features exhibits on the Caribbean, Madagascar and Mediterranean coral reefs, sharks, seals, the Red Sea and penguins.
