The Hotel Le Querce is a set in a whitewashed, Mediterranean style property located on Ischia Island's northern front. It is situated on a seaside cliff with views of Aragon Castle, and is only 800 metres from the town centre and port. The 70 guestrooms feature simple decor with oak wood furniture and tiled floors. All offer balconies or terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, air conditioning, direct dial phones, satellite television, dial up Internet connections, safes, desks, bottled water, minibars, complimentary newspapers, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers, makeup mirrors, complimentary toiletries, sewing kits and wake up calls. The half board room rate incorporates buffet breakfast and dinner each day.
The hotel offers two dining options: Restaurant Pulcinella, offering a selection of traditional Italian and local dishes with an extensive regional wine list, and panoramic views over the Bay of Naples; and the � la carte Restaurant Il Giardino offering a choice of light lunch specialties and located in the garden area next to the pool with outside terrace seating. Guests can swim in the pool, go directly to the beach via private access, enjoy cocktails on the terrace, work out in the gym, and use Internet connections. The Nefertiti Wellness Spa offers a choice of massage, hot stone therapy, mud treatments, facials, and thermal baths, as well as a sauna and steam room. There is live music in the contemporary lounge bar, and practical amenities include a 24 hour front desk and valet parking. The hotel's location means that guests are just two kilometres away from Aragon Castle, 3.5 kilometres from Belvedere di Serrara Fontana, seven kilometres from Citara Beach, and 15 kilometres from the Acropolis. Naples International Airport is 33 kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.

Taxis are readily available from the arrivals terminal to take guests to the Port of Naples, for approximately 30 EUR. From there Ischia is reachable by daily scheduled hydrofoils or ferry. Buses run between the towns around the island, and ferries connect Ischia with other destinations in the Bay of Naples.
