The Best Western Ai Cavalieri Hotel is a recently refurbished early 20th century establishment situated in the heart of the business and theatre district, 2.5 kilometres from Villa Airoldi Golf Club. The 39 guestrooms all have city views and feature classic decor with patterned fabrics and dark wood, antique style furniture. All rooms include satellite television, direct dial phones, minibars, safes, and coffee/tea making facilities. They are also equipped with individual climate control and free high speed wireless Internet. Guests will find marble bathrooms with hair dryers and complimentary toiletries.
Business guests can utilise the fully equipped conference room, that seats up to 85 delegates. The hotel's extensive list of business services includes video conferencing, computer and pager rental and complimentary high speed wireless Internet. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about 30 EUR. Trains run from the airport to Stazione Centrale railway station which is two kilometres from the hotel. Guest could catch a train to this station and then a bus to the bus stop in Via Sant'oliva, 50 metres from the hotel. Buses also run between the airport and the station every 45 minutes to an hour.
Driving directions: From the airport, take the A29 Trapani Palermo Highway and then take the Via Belgio exit in the direction of the city centre. Once in Palmero, take Viale Liberta to Piazza Politeama, then turn right into Via Stabile to Piazza San Francesco di Paola, Turn right again into Via Sant'Oliva. The Best Western Ai Cavalieri Hotel is on the right.
