Location. Fashioned after an Old West mining town, the Silverton Casino Lodge in Las Vegas, Nev., is located just seven miles from the Las Vegas Strip. For outings around the city, transportation on the Las Vegas Monorail is available for a fee.
Hotel Features. Seasons, the hotel's buffet style dining, contains six stations offering a variety of items. Twin Creeks presents a menu with sophisticated steakhouse entrees. The ocean inspired Mermaid Restaurant and Lounge features Olympic medal, synchronized swimmers in its hourly Mermaid Free Swims show. The Sundance Grill serves American favorites 24 hours a day. The hotel offers wireless Internet access in public areas and business services. Live entertainment is available at The Pavilion, and the hotel's casino offers 30,000 square feet of gaming action with 1,400 slot machines and 30 table games. Other recreational amenities include a courtyard with bar service, an outdoor pool and a spa tub. A pool table, foosball and a miniature bowling alley are available in the hotel lounge.
Guestrooms. Decorated in the Adirondack lodge style, the 304 guestrooms combine mixed wood furnishings with d�cor in shades of chocolate brown, carmine and ecru. Select rooms feature exposed wood beam ceilings, while all offer pillowtop mattresses. Amenities include cable television with premium movie channels, CD players and wireless Internet access; fees apply.
Expert Tip. The property is home to several salt and fresh water aquariums including the main 117,000 gallon octagonal aquarium featuring viewing on all sides.
